Box Breathing – 1 minute video
This is a short video, only one minute. I like the music and nature imagery in this video as well. Very soothing. “Box Breathing” is technique that can be used when in an extremely stressful situation, and has even been utilized by Navy SEALs. Sometimes I can’t even do this when my GERD is really bad and my Hernia hurts, because my chest feels so darn tight, but I try to do when I am able. With breathing exercises, I finally realized – I do what I CAN and pace myself. I don’t have to perfectly keep up with a video or exercise, I just do my best.
