Breathing Animation Follow Along
I used to follow along with a very similar video many years ago, to help my stress and breathing. It really helped me. I even told friends about it, including a therapist friend who ended up showing her clients. But then I totally forgot about it. Luckily I found something similar again on youtube. You can do for 10 minutes, or even 1 minute, whatever works for you. It is simple, as stated – just follow the directions. It is very relaxing, and a good place to start for beginners.
